Request for Proposals (RfP) 

The EDHEC Climate Institute (ECI) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RfP) for the acquisition of flood-related data to support its research and commercial activities in climate risk assessment, financial modeling, and climate-related decision-making.

The purpose of this RfP is to identify data providers capable of supplying high-quality, well-documented, and scalable flood hazard data that meet ECI’s scientific, technical, and legal requirements.

The RfP documentation consists of:

• ECI_RFP_00001-Flood_Data_Acquisition, which constitutes the main RfP document and sets out the scope, objectives, technical expectations, and submission requirements; and
• ECI_RFP_00001-Annex_Indicative_Legal_and_Licensing_Principles, which outlines the key legal, licensing, and intellectual property principles expected to govern any resulting agreement.

Interested data providers are invited to review these documents carefully and submit proposals in accordance with the procedures and timelines specified in the main RfP document.
