ClimaTech – Call for New Review Committee Members

ClimaTech is a research initiative designed to help policymakers, investors, and industry stakeholders identify the most effective strategies and technologies for decarbonising infrastructure and strengthening resilience against climate-related risks. It combines the largest global database of infrastructure-specific measures with evidence-based analysis, offering actionable insights aligned with regulatory standards and the latest scientific research.
This proprietary database covers over 100 distinct strategies across 101 infrastructure sectors, resulting in approximately 1,800 sector–strategy applications. Each strategy is assessed for sector-specific effectiveness and key enabling technologies, drawing on insights from more than 200 academic papers, technical documents, and government reports — helping identify what works, what does not, and, where possible, avoid greenwashing.
The Review Committee plays a central role in validating the database for relevance and robustness, ensuring that it meets the highest scientific and industry standards. It brings together experts from academia, the private sector, standards organisations, sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds, consulting, and regulatory bodies.
We are looking to welcome new members to broaden the range of expertise represented. Applications are open to professionals with relevant experience in assessing climate-related risks and implementing transition or adaptation strategies in the infrastructure sector.
Committee members contribute to:
- Reviewing and validating the research and strategies developed by ClimaTech.
- Ensuring the knowledge base remains up-to-date, practical, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Strengthening the scientific and operational value of the analysis.
